Our Approach to Care & Insurance

At Healing Soul Acupuncture & Herbal Clinic, we value a holistic approach to support body, mind, and emotional well-being. We aim to support stress management, emotional balance, and preventive care for a healthier daily life.

To provide this kind of personalized, integrative care, we operate as an out-of-network provider, and our treatments are not covered by insurance. This allows us to spend more time with each patient and offer more attentive, individualized care. We also provide a variety of supportive therapies as part of your treatment, without additional cost.

Please Note:

  • Insurance: We do not bill insurance companies directly.

  • Payment: All treatment costs are the patient’s responsibility.

  • Payment Methods: Cash, Check, Credit Cards, and FSA/HSA cards are accepted.

  • Reimbursement: Upon request, we provide a Superbill that you may submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement or for use with your FSA/HSA accounts.
